SALARY – UP TO £55,000!

The Role:
This role provides the opportunity to join a successful team at the forefront of technology, developing innovative seeker solutions from complex requirements. The team is crucial to the product development process, actively involved in every development stage. The role is diverse, offering a comprehensive understanding of RF Seeker design and experience collaborating with skilled teams across all development activities. You will support cutting-edge modelling techniques, diverse trial scenarios, and lab-based proving and integration activities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage with all project levels and convey technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
Customer Requirements Analysis: Experience in identifying and understanding customer requirements and translating them into detailed subsystem requirements.
System Proving Experience: Proven experience in system-level functionality, software/firmware integration, and validation.
Model-Based Design: Understanding of model-based design, validation techniques, and methodologies.
Timely Delivery: Consistent ability to deliver required outputs within agreed timeframes.
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong working relationships with team members, external departments, suppliers, customers, and other key collaborators.
Systems Engineering Tools: Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, DOORS NG, and Rhapsody is desirable.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of RF/microwave and electronic systems is desirable.
Specialized Systems Familiarity: Familiarity with radar, control systems, and digital signal processing is desirable.
