Job Openings: Test Technicians, Production Technicians, and Assembly Technicians Our client is seeking multiple skilled professionals with hands-on experience in soldering, building test jigs, and performing final testing. If you're experienced in these areas, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 This is a permanent role with multiple vacancies available, offering the chance to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential technical support to production and engineering teams. Repair and maintain electronic radar systems as part of production and RMA processes. Assemble prototype radar systems and sub-assemblies. Test and configure radar systems in collaboration with the Test Technician. Maintain documentation and adhere to change control processes. Design and build prototype test jigs and assemblies. Provide drone operator support for trials (training provided). Support local field trials and demonstrations, with occasional national and rare international travel. Offer off-site support at customer and supplier locations when necessary. Job Requirements: Significant experience working with advanced electrical and electronic devices. Strong technical competence with knowledge of standard electrical lab practices and procedures. Hands-on skills in building, repairing, and modifying electronic and/or electromechanical equipment. RF (Radio Frequency) experience would be ideal but not essential. Familiarity with RF technologies such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, and signal generators is a plus. Analytical and detail-oriented mindset. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. HNC or higher qualification in electronics or electrical engineering. Benefits: Competitive salary.
