Senior Project Manager (Digital)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our client as they embark on a significant initiative to modernise their HR systems, procedures, and methodology. You will spearhead the system implementation project within this transformative programme , leveraging your expertise to help fulfil the ambition of becoming an employer of choice and to enable their staff to flourish. Previous experience of leading application implementations such as ERP, Finance, HR or payroll related projects/programmes is needed as is experience of the full SDLC. Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large complex organisation Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals. Sound track record of initiating and managing large-scale projects within a complex organisation. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme. Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions and make effective decisions.
