SEN Primary Class Teacher Needed - SW London (SW16) Position: SEN Primary Class Teacher Class Size: Up to 8 pupils, with 3 Teaching Assistants Location: Southwest London, SW16 School: Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Contract: Temp-to-Perm Salary: Paid to scale About the Role: Join a dedicated team at a top-rated SEN school for primary-aged students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Key Responsibilities: · Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs. · Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. · Collaborate with TAs and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs. · Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress. Requirements: · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers. · Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs. · Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills. · DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
