Recruitment Service Consultant Permanent position - Telford Working hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday and (Apply online only) on Fridays ( flexibility required) (some flexibility required) Salary up to 27K per annum DOE plus commission structure, car allowance and other company benefits. We work in partnership with companies throughout the UK, placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles across a range of sectors. We're now on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes quality customer service and can provide an outstanding customer service. Our whole team put the needs of our clients and candidates at the heart of their work, ensuring vacancies are filled and compliance standards are met. Your responsibility will be to work efficiently and with a highly organised approach to ensure tight deadlines are met, systems are accurately updated and all documentation is quality checked. Key role and responsibilities: • Recruitment service delivery to temporary industrial customers; • Liaising with candidates and customers: - Regular visits to clients sites • Advertising vacancies, taking calls and meeting people at reception; • Resourcing & interviewing candidates; • Updating the recruitment system; • Working at pace to meet deadlines; • Creating documentation and checking information is accurate. Minimum requirements: • Good English communication, written & verbal, • Great customer service, • High accuracy and attention to detail, • IT literate to include Microsoft office packages, • Ability to remain professional under pressure, • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, • A team player; • Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality, • Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
