We are now seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join our innovative and rapidly expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead your own team, significantly contributing to Unicorn Orange's ongoing success. Working in close collaboration with the founders, you will play a critical role in shaping our future.


2.      The role

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing 8 of our key accounts and leading our account executives and managers, who are less experienced. Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years of Amazon experience and a deep understanding of the seller and vendor central platforms and its best practices. However, agency experience is more important so we can build up your Amazon knowledge. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas and initiatives that can help us grow our clients' businesses and improve our own processes and performance. You will be able to scale your solutions across different accounts and markets and measure their impact and how this impacts the wider business of Unicorn Orange. You will also be a leader and a mentor within the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise and inspiring others to achieve excellence.

Your core responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

·      Growth - you will be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to the business and an integral part in growing our clients, which should be scalable and help drive Unicorn Orange’s account management services as a whole.

·      Account management - working with our key accounts and strategically thinking about growth opportunities for our clients.

·      Client communication - you will be a key point of contact with our key clients

·      Hitting targets- you will be responsible for hitting sales targets

·      Reporting- you should be comfortable working with large sets of data and drawing out trends and analysis to provide strategic growth recommendations

·      Stakeholder management- you will be working with our team of specialist freelancers and should be happy managing several stakeholders simultaneously. You will also work closely with the founders, presenting new and fresh ideas

·      PPC- you should have an understanding of pay-per-click advertising and be comfortable managing advertising campaigns


3.      Requirements

2-3 years experience at ideally an Amazon agency or other digital agency where you will have been managing digital marketing activities such as Google PPC or Meta ads.

·      Excellent with numbers and excellent with handling large amounts of data

·      An eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Excellent initiative and a self-starter

·      You are innovative and like to think outside the box

·      Ability to work with large sets of data make data driven decisions

·      You can work independently and as part of a team

·      You are hungry to learn

·      You love Amazon and all things e-com

·      You have a passion for working with innovative and exciting challenger brands
