Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer

AFantastic opportunity to work for a large M&E Service Provider who are recruiting for a MobileM&EMaintenance Engineer covering ahandfulof commercial/high end properties covering East & North of London area - Islington, Greenwich, Bethnal Green area . This is a permanent position paying a salary of £43 ,000per annum. With a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression. Job Role: You will be required to work between Mon Fri, 8am 5pm with overtime opportunities availableat the weekend. Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault-finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work) Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; Emergency lighting AHUs, FCUs Pumps, Motors Plumbing Fans, Belts, Filters General maintenance Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: With at least5years experience in buildingmaintenance Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence City & Guilds Electricalor mechanicallevel 3 installation or equivalent Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on 01932 221 470 TPBN1_UKTJ
