Lecturer in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

To plan and deliver a wide range of challenging, relevant learning and work experiences that ensure all learners can develop and apply the skills, knowledge, behaviours, and attitudes required for the 21st Century learning, life, and work. This role will include delivering on a range of qualifications, including but not limited to Pearson’s Level 3 BTEC’s and City & Guilds Level 3 T Levels. Delivery for the role may be a mixture of classroom and workshop based.Salary: 29,419 - £43,874Qualifications • To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards. • To be a qualified assessor or willing to work towards. • To hold a minimum of a Level 5 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering • GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.Experience • Desirable – Current knowledge and / or experience of teaching in one or more fields of Electrical & Electronics Engineering • Current knowledge of potential issues in the sector that may impact on curriculum delivery. • Current knowledge and / or experience of career opportunities in the sector for 16 – 18 and 19+ learners
