Description
- Developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Leading on all brand plans both online and offline.
- Managing new product launches.
- Working closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all platforms and touch points.
- Collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Reporting on brand performance and campaign results to senior management.
Profile
A successful Brand Manager should have:
- Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
- Exceptional understanding of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
