Ideal Candidate Profile: Experienced: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential. SEN Support: Capable of providing 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. Child Development Knowledge: A basic understanding of child development and effective support strategies. Team-Oriented: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Empathetic Listener: Capable of boosting pupils' confidence and self-esteem through active listening and appropriate interventions.
