up to £40k annum Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled
Senior Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. The Senior Chef de Partie plays a key role in maintaining kitchen standards, supervising junior chefs, and contributing to menu creation. This position requires strong culinary skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a specific section
of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry) while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Prepare, cook, and present dishes
to the highest standard, maintaining consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation. Supervise junior kitchen staff
(Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs), providing guidance and training to ensure they meet kitchen standards. Ensure food quality
by checking ingredients, monitoring cooking processes, and ensuring that food is prepared according to recipes and kitchen standards. Monitor inventory levels
in your section, ensuring ingredients are stocked, stored properly, and used efficiently to minimize waste. Maintain a clean and organized workstation , ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Coordinate with other sections
of the kitchen to ensure timely service and seamless collaboration during peak times. Qualifications: Proven experience
as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen. Strong culinary skills
and extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques across various sections of the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a
fast-paced kitchen environment . Attention to detail
and commitment to producing high-quality dishes. Knowledge of
food hygiene regulations
and safety standards (Food Handler Certification preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
