Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Supervisor to oversee our on-site service operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success while providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the on-site service team and subcontractors in the overhaul and repair of Reciprocating Compressors. Monitor performance of Field Service technicians, ensuring scope of work is met and customer expectations are managed effectively. Compile dimensional and service reports for office submission. Promote a positive Health & Safety environment throughout all operations. Collaborate with sales and customers to define and qualify work scopes. Conduct site visits to assess work scope and requirements for accurate quotations. Ensure timely progression of projects through vendor visits and inspections. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance of rotating equipment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Education: HNC in engineering or equivalent vocational qualification. Skills: Strong technical ability in mechanical systems; experience with reciprocating compressors is beneficial. Industry Knowledge: Experience in Oil and Gas or other heavily regulated industries preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to build relationships within a small team. Technical Proficiency: Fluent in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. Flexibility: Willingness to work on-call, travel up to 80% both within the UK and offshore, and obtain offshore certification.
