Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the design team. Develop and implement innovative technologies to optimise site design processes. Collaborate closely with IT and Digital departments to align on process improvements and transformation goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify key areas where technology can streamline workflows. Drive future design strategies that leverage technology for better efficiency and results.Who We're Looking For: Experience in mobile telecoms site design. Strong understanding of improving and streamlining design processes through technology. Previous experience in a digital transformation program.
