A well-established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and successful team.
Based in Waterloo, they have built a strong reputation and have significant growth plans over the next few years.
A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy who provide a complete Cost Management service with Project Management and CDM services
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery.
Projects include private and public and the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on some well known public sector buildings.
This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in negotiation, procurement and post contract cost management. You will reduce financial risk and monitor commercial performance.
The role would ideally suit an SQS who has recently become chartered through RICS, or someone looking to get chartered in the near future.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, given time.
About the requirements:
- The successful candidate should have at least three years experience in a Construction Consultancy
- Exceptional client facing skills are an absolute must
- Demonstrable experience on projects ranging in value.
- You will ideally be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
About the salary:
- Up to £70,000
