Production Operative

The Hours You’ll Work; * Monday - Friday * 06:30am – 16:30pm The Pay You’ll Receive; * £12.50 per hour MTrec’s New Opportunity; * MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Newton Aycliffe area. The Job You’ll Do; * Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor. * General manufacturing duties. * Quality inspection on all products. * Assembly of products with a variety of hand tools. * Picking and packing duties when required and taking instructions from supervisors and management. * Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used. * To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated production area. * Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times. * To follow all legal and company requirements to the use of forklifts in production (if applicable). About You; * Used to working in a fast paced production environment. * Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard. * Working either independently or within a team. * Must be able to use hand and air tools * Achieve team objectives. * Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed
