You ll have a hunter mentality, happy to engage with prospects at every stage of the sales process. Ideally you have progressed along the tech sales road from SDR/BDR to Account Executive on the DACH market, understanding the importance (and enjoyment) of prospecting as well as having the ability to present, demonstrate value and close deals with senior decision makers in German.
The key point is that you have the emotional intelligence, ability to listen and adapt to your prospects in a way that lays the foundation for long term partnerships. You ll speak and write German and English fluently.
The team are in the office 3 days a week and have built a positive culture of success together. There s also a solid package including a base salary up to £70-75k (£140-150k+ OTE) + a benefits package and stock options. All of that is on top of a great product trusted by household name clients in tech, FMCG, entertainment and more.
