Job Description OTE: £25k-30k - Uncapped Commission, Career Progression We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Fulwood working in our well known Entwistle Green estate agency. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor. Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator Preferably an experienced sales person Able to generate new business in a target driven environment Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Entwistle Green are one of the longest established and most respected estate and letting agents in the North West of England, with 100 year’s experience in property sales and lettings.
