FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager Global Beauty Brand £70,000 - £75,000 Bonus and benefits Central London - Hybrid 3 days pw Key Responsibilities: Lead on all UK FP&A activities within the business. Act as a Business Partner to senior leadership teams, as well as other areas of the business to provide commercial insight and financial analysis to support key decision-making processes. Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process, including periodic reforecasting. Provide guidance and support to departments in preparing comprehensive budgets. Deliver in-depth financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions, and recommend alternative solutions to optimise business outcomes. Develop and manage the monthly KPI dashboard, providing insight into key performance metrics to drive business success. Conduct regular reviews of departmental costs to ensure financial efficiency and accountability. Manage monthly financial reconciliations, as well as provide ad hoc analysis and reports. x1 Direct Report (no previous management experience needed). About You: Fully qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACA, or ACCA. 2-5 years of FP&A experience. Industry Experience - Retail highly advantageous. Advanced Excel skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information clearly. Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail in managing systems, planning, and data analysis.
