SCADA Implementation Manager

Contract Outline: Role: SCADA PM / Training Lead Sector: Electricity Transmission Location: Warwick (Hybrid) Contract Length: 12 months + IR35: Inside Rate: £(Apply online only)pd Role Overview: Managing the implementation of a new SCADA System for the Electricity Transmission Network (ET). Managing the creation and delivery of engaging training for ET's SCADA users, achieving great feedback and allowing immediate, effective use of the new SCADA software and processes. Responsibilities: Ensuring ET's operational competence is maintained throughout the transition. Finalising the training needs assessment for all the trainee groups defined in the programme's training strategy. Working with training managers from the Transmission Network Control Centre and Asset Operations, to maintain the plan for user training activities. Developing and implementing a training communication plan. Managing training delivery, including invites and logistics, aligned to the overall deployment plan. Reporting on training feedback; making adjustments to respond to points raised. Essential Skillset: Experience Project Managing technology transformation projects, such as SCADA or SAP. Understanding of Electricity Transmission. National Grid experience would be a bonus. Appreciation for Control Systems would be a bonus
