Baker required for independent local artisan bakeryRead on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application. 36hrs per week 6 days per week Sunday to Friday (5pm to 11pm - subject to negotiation) Experienced baker in an all round roleAble to work independentlyProduce a high standard of bread, buns, doughnuts and morning goods in a consistent and timely mannerFamiliarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheetersUnderstanding of food safety practicesAble to hand mold and finishExcellent time-management skillsAbility to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environmentTeam spirit 2yrs experience preferred - rate dependent on experience Further training will be provided Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits Yearly bonusCompany PensionFree and discounted food
