Senior Architectural Technician

Our client is a client is a building contractor that specialises in delivering bespoke residential new builds, extensions, and refurbishments, working closely with developers and private clients to create exceptional homes. They are looking for experienced Architectural Technician to join to join their small but established team based in West Lancashire. This office-based role will involve various responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of complex residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking production, review and approval of site layouts, house type working drawings and construction detail. Planning and Building Regulation applications. Appointment of external consultants. Dealing with site queries. Attending meetings where required.Requirements: Relevant experience would include recent private, residential new build sector. AutoCAD Proficient Ability to review technical reports. Ability to identify cost effective solutions.
