We are recruiting for a Senior Manager Process Improvement – Fulfilment, you will report directly to the Director of Fulfilment and be responsible for building essential processes that improve our fulfilment product. You will have complete ownership of forecasting/planning, reporting and the operational improvement program, with this comes ownership of service level agreement improvement.

You will galvanise support and buy-in from the broader team through a collaborative work ethic and credibility drawn from a deep understanding of fulfilment operations and of process implementation. You will lean heavily on data to analyse areas of opportunity, prioritise with clarity and implement initiatives that work, within a fast-paced operational environment.You will work with third parties to deliver solutions, holding them to account for their deliverables.

Where does this position sit
This position sits on the Fulfilment leadership team with peers such as the GM of fulfilment Hubs, the Head of Fulfilment Sales, the Head of Fulfilment account management and fulfilment Product manager. Together you will be responsible for the strategic direction of EVRi fulfilment, a crucial part of the EVRi corporate growth strategy.
In summary, The Senior Manager Process Improvement – Fulfilment presents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help build something new, with exceptional investment opportunities and leadership support
You will;
Key Accountabilities:
Build and operate the Forecast and planning model together with data scientists and engineers to Improve accuracy at an appropriate granularity ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
Build and operate a stock control and warehouse grid optimisation model: Work closely with the Warehouse Management tech leader and GM of fulfilment hubs to control stock movements within the warehouses and execute against agreed cost saving goals.
Own our Service level improvement program: creating value by ensuring a class leading fulfilment service at a reasonable cost.
Build and manage reporting: Build from the ground up, together with existing EVRi data teams create and manage a suite of reports to enable tight management of operational and client facing metrics, holding owners to account for plans and improvements.
Own our customer services proposition: including working with a 3PL, our existing customer service function and our account management function to develop world class query resolution and customer solution management program.
Build and/or improve our Value Adding Service strategy, including but not limited to: Returns, international inbound, Kitting, large and light.
To be successful in this role you will have work experience within a 3PL logistics provider, supply chain, logistics and distribution or operations environment in an international company. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position. Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality. Project Management experience in a related industry. You will have Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
You will also
Strong data analysis skills - Ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
Technical Expertise – knowledge of SQL or equivalent
Excellent computer literacy (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word); Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Analytical tools, such as Data-warehouse tables; SQL / Power BI.
