Job Title: Assistant Building Manager Location: London Key Responsibilities: * Support the Building Manager and TSM in the efficient operation of the building management office. * Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to tenants, contractors, and visitors. * Assist in contractor management, including scheduling, oversight, and performance evaluation. * Lead administrative duties, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. * Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure financial targets are met. * Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Liaise with tenants to address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with internal teams to support overall building operations and initiatives. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role ideally within commercial or retail property management. * Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Strong contractor management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple projects. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. * Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to property management. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
