Head of Design - Site based Senior Design Manager

We're working with a renowned design company who are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic studio, leading on renowned high-end Hospitality projects here in the UK and International.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire design process, from concept development through to final delivery
Collaborate with Architects, Contractors, and Clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
Manage client relationships, providing strategic direction and ensuring client visions are met
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the company's exemplary standards
There will also be elements in time, as the team grows, to mentor design teams, ensuring creativity, quality, and innovation across all stages of work
Have a presence on site leading the structural progression from stage 3 onwards - ensuring the design integrity remains and preparing reports for external and internal updates
Key Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Senior position, ideally within the Contractor luxury Architectural sector
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a creative team
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality design
Experience managing high-end, large-scale interior projects is essential
