Site Manager

My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a strip asbestos sheeting and replace with composite panels to a educational building. The ideal candidate would be experienced within roofing, internals and asbestos. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!! THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!! Site Manager Responsibilities: • Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager. • Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety • Keeping site diaries • Ammending and working to RAMS • Quality Assurance. • Managing the labour and putting men to work. • Managing sub contractors • Managing/ordering materials and overseeing operations.
