This dynamic role involves collaborating with partner agencies to support vulnerable residents, managing various tenancy issues, and resolving anti-social behaviour cases to create a positive community environment.   The Role ·Identify and support vulnerable residents, working closely with partner agencies to ensure they can sustain their tenancies and live safely. ·Oversee successions, assignments, mutual exchanges, and legal tenancy matters, including preparing statements and representing cases in court. Handle property issues, such as boundary disputes and property damage, with diligence. ·Take charge of ASB cases from start to finish, engaging in proactive case management, negotiating effective solutions, updating victims, and maintaining thorough records.   The Ideal Candidate You're a resilient self-starter who thrives on challenges and handles confrontation calmly. You bring: ·A creative approach to finding solutions that assist residents and sustain community harmony. ·Previous experience in Housing ·Exceptional organizational skills to keep accurate records and manage casework effectively. ·Willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings and comfort with lone working. ·Essential Requirements: A full driving license and daily access to a car, as the role involves travel across estates.
