Catering Assistant (Bar)

30 HOUR CONTRACT Are you a customer focussed, hard-working and dedicated individual, ready to take on a new challenge? If so, we would love to hear from you. Gisborough Hall are looking for a Bar Catering Assistant on either a full or part time basis, to provide exceptional customer service across our two hotel bars. Further training on other catering areas within the business, will be required, where business need dictates. Shifts will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility in this role is essential. Reporting into the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will: Work as part of a friendly bar team, delivering the highest level of customer service to all guests; Prepare and serve guests a range of different beverages, undergoing any relevant training to allow you to reach high standards of professionalism; Prepare the bar before service; Comply with local licensing restrictions; Ensure guests expectations are met and/or exceeded at any given opportunity; Ensure all sales opportunities are maximised; Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained and assist in bar closedowns, to ensure they are carried out efficiently. Bar experience is highly desirable. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and access to your own transport, is highly beneficial.
