Job Requirements / Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a highly recommended and reputable firm that specialises in various areas of law to include conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, family & matrimonial and litigation. Additional experience in an accounts or finance role would be highly advantageous.
What you’ll do as Office Manager:
Oversee all operational functions of the business
HR and staff management (6-12 People)
Regular reviews of business performance and efficiency
Facilities management
Some Finance and Accounts responsibilities
We’re looking for an Office Manager with:
Have excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to motivate the Admin staff
Good IT skills
Experience of working in a legal environment is preferable but not essential
Must be office-based Monday to Friday (no Hybrid)
Experience from Management Accounts/Accounts payable, Supplier payments, VAT reconciliation etc would be beneficial
