Cowes Town Council requires a Facilities Manager for 20 hours per week. Salary scale Is LCI within the range SCP 13-17 (£13.97 - £14.95 per hour, pay award pending) dependent on experience and qualifications. The role involves the day to day management of the Town Council's facilities and assets and reports directly to the Deputy Town Clerk. Possession of The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) qualifications, Level 4 or Level 5, or equivalent. Experience in building management, health and safety compliance and budgeting with knowledge of basic property maintenance. To undertake an annual condition survey for all the assets in Cowes and undertake minor maintenance tasks where appropriate.
