Handyperson

We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance/Handyperson to join our Cambridge based client. This would be a permanent position would be working 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Main Duties: * Perform a wide range of basic maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs. * Conduct regular safety inspections of our facilities to identify and address potential hazards. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. * Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance. The Successful Candidate: * Industry-approved qualification in an area of maintenance, such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent. * Practical experience in general maintenance or building works. * Knowledge of health and safety practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
