To deliver this overall capability, they have developed its skills in project and supply chain management and put in place all the necessary quality systems and processes to allow them to deliver projects to the standards expected by our customers.ResponsibilitiesCompany Policies: Follow the quality, health, safety, and welfare policies of the companyTo oversee project budgets and supervise the preliminary stages of major projectsAssessing production costs and other vital data pertaining to the projectCompiling data derived from reports, revising time schedules according to necessity overseeing the quality of work at project siteSupport project review meetingsLiaise with Engineering teams, Manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure the timely closure of all actionsResponsible for the general management of the development and production stages of projectsProduce product design and development plansEnsuring all safety & legal requirements are being followed, interpreting clients’ necessities, pinpointing, and addressing engineering problems and implementing solutions.Essential SkillsStrong experience of working within an Automotive/Manufacturing environment with relevant experience as a Project Engineer within powertrain or within a Project Management role, in a fast paced, forward-thinking businessLiaise and communicate with other departments, suppliers, and other service providersAbility to manage one’s own time, multitask and prioritise workload accordinglyProven record of people & project managementAbility to produce reports and conduct meetingsPlans work and cascades to teamIntegrates departmental planning with other business unitsDemonstrates good emotional intelligence, ethics, and professionalismOrganised, Methodical but Flexible approach to workloadMust be willing to travelMust have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided.Desirable SkillsExperience and knowledge of designing project guideline and proceduresCan lead moderate teamsEngineering degree or equivalent in a relevant subjectPlease note we do not provide sponsorships to those who require it and will only accept applications from those who have full rights to work in the UK with no restrictions and IDLR/Full Settlement status.
