Our ethos is based on building relationships which has resulted in a lot of long-standing clients that return to us for advice on a range of matters.Key Responsibilities:Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completionConducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgagesLiaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing processPreparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documentsEnsuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirementsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactionsProviding high-quality customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the processRequirements:Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or conveyancing executive with experience in residential conveyancing (qualification is not necessary)Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload efficientlyProficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive salaryHybrid workingSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progression
