Job Title: Recruitment Branch Manager Location: Epsom, Surrey Sector: Commercial / Office Professionals Recruitment Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 P/A basic + individual commission + team commission Are you an experienced recruiter with strong leadership skills, ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our clients Epsom office, specialising in recruitment for commercial and office professionals across the surrounding area. The Company Our client is a well-established recruitment agency, known for our expertise in placing top-tier talent within office-based roles, including administration, customer service, HR, finance, and sales. Their success is built on deep local knowledge, excellent client relationships, and a dedicated team that prides itself on delivering results. The Role As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the branch, including: * Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team of recruitment consultants * Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities * Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates * Driving the branch’s performance, hitting sales targets, and contributing to overall company growth * Managing daily branch operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies * Managing a warm desk with key accounts from day one, providing immediate opportunities to make an impact What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: * Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector * Strong leadership and team management skills * A track record of business development and building successful client relationships * Excellent communication and people skills * A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets * Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable What’s On Offer? * A £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary with individual and team commission * A warm desk with key accounts to work on from day one * Career development opportunities with the chance to shape and grow the branch * A supportive and collaborative working environment * Generous benefits package including pension and holiday allowance If you are ready to lead a thriving recruitment branch and make an impact in the local market, we want to hear from you
