Clinical Negligence Solicitor Blackburn£50,000-£60,000Main purposes of roleThis Clinical Negligence department provides specialist advice to support clients through their medical negligence claims. You will work alongside a Senior Associate to undertake a broad mix of high quality clinical negligence work as well as support in the development and growth of the department through marketing & networking activities.Manage a caseload of clinical negligence files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently, meeting targets and objectives set.Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensuring full understanding in order to deliver on client expectationsResearch and draft articles and assist with the production of marketing materials.Begin to develop a network of clients, contacts and potential referrers and attend networking eventsBenefitsHybrid Working 21 days annual leave (Additional 5 holidays for length of service) Free Parking on siteCompany Pension ContributionBonus Structure For more information on this role, apply within or contact Callum at The Talent Crowd.
