Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role presents a unique opportunity to drive transformational change in setting brand perception and shaping and managing the reputation and public image of the Olympia Events business.
You will provide direction and leadership in devising Olympia Events’ marketing and communications strategy, setting and guiding the strategy on all matters of communications and public relations and provide strategic leadership on all significant matters involving the media. You will also work across the business to drive internal communication, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.
You will be a highly experienced, commercially aware senior leader with a strong track record in delivering marketing and communications solutions and campaigns for leading businesses and brands. You will be responsible for overseeing all communication and marketing plans for a business that is in transition and subsequently the ability to operate in an evolving, fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment is essential.
