Quantity Surveyor

Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a competent Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex.

Job Duties

• Must have experience with New Build housing developments.
• Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.
• 45-50k per annum depending on experience.
• Provide a full and detailed BQ with marked up areas.
• Deal with contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.
• Carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes.
• Able to operate works programme.
• Carry out valuations.
• Many more attributes are naturally expected of a qualified QS but the above provides some key areas required.
• Office based.
• 20 Days Annual Leave.
• 4.5 day working week.
• Healthcare.
• 10% Car Allowance.
