At Digital Gurus, we are looking for a PowerPlatform Specialist Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the tech recruitment world by storm. Join us and become a key player in shaping the future of our company and the careers of exceptional PowerPlatform professionals.


What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development & Client Partnerships: ????

  • Identify potential clients, make compelling pitches, and secure new accounts.
  • Expand our client base through strategic and innovative approaches.
  • Build and nurture meaningful client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on the PowerPlatform talent market.


Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: ??

  • Identify and engage top PowerPlatform talent through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract the best candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.


Candidate Engagement: ??

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect match between candidates and clients.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.


Market Insight & Innovation: ??

  • Stay updated on PowerPlatform industry trends and competitor activities to inform our strategies.
  • Innovate and improve our recruitment processes for an unparalleled experience.


Community Involvement: ??

  • Be active in the tech community by attending and organizing events, webinars, and meetups.
  • Promote Digital Gurus and drive participation in our events, showcasing our expertise in PowerPlatform recruitment.


Who You Are:

  • You have a proven track record in tech recruitment, ideally with a focus on PowerPlatform & D365 technologies. However, we also welcome applications from those with experience in tech recruitment more broadly.
  • Demonstrable success in sourcing and placing tech talent.
  • Proven ability to win new business and expand client accounts.
