Job DescriptionTechnical Architect'sHybrid working from Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London (1 day per 2 weeks)£65k to £80k plus bonus and benefitsMust be UK based already and have the right to work in the UK / No Sponsorship availableTrueNorth are working with a new consultancy client who are expanding their Architecture practice with 3 new Technical Architects.They are a techn consultancy who have made a name for themselves by providing a very high level of service to their clients through their impressive ways of working and their excellent culture throughout the organisation.You'll be working on client projects with a team from the consultancy organisaiton, as well as leading delivery teams in fulfilling the technical architecture designs that you have created.Key skills and experience needed:Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills - it is a consultancy organisation so you need to be just as good at this as you are with the technical elements of the role.Technical design and implementation of those designs with the wider team.Keep abreast of new and innovative design, with a view to implementing it if it is the right thing to do.Coaching and mentoring skillsExtensive experience in software architecture including programming languages (it's not hands on programming day to day) and methodologiesDesirable, not essential: Architecture frameworks experience (TOGAF, Open Agile etc)We have a salary range of £65,000 to £80,000 for these roles plus bonus and benefits.The roles are hybrid working, you will be assigned to a home office which will be either Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London and will be expected to be on client site once every 2 weeks.You must be based in the UK already and have the right to work in place to apply for these roles.
