Contract Scotland has an opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join our client based at their Kilsyth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a healthy workload and a growing team. In this position, you will be analysing data across various projects, and you must have experience in analysing both qualitative and quantitative data. Key Responsibilities: Develop programme and portfolio-level dashboards and status reporting as per requirements. Support accurate and effective financial and budget auditing, monitoring and reporting at a programme level. Collate and analyse programme and project-level data and metrics to inform programme delivery, meet key milestones, mitigate risks and issues, and assess the delivery of outputs and benefits. Responsibility for the design and production of performance reports, ensuring key metrics as defined by the programme manager are captured Responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate and detailed data and information to support programme governance and decision-making. Responsible for obtaining data to support any data gaps, as identified by the project team, working with Data-Analyst teams to obtain the required information. Extract, explore and mine data from source systems Data cleansing and validation Prepare and model complex datasets for analysis. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. You must work to an expert level in Microsoft Excel and will have experience and knowledge of BI tools.
