Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to bring on board a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. The Role: As a Recruitment Trainee, you will be supported and guided by a senior member of our recruitment team. You will develop your skills and industry knowledge, learning the ropes of recruitment from the ground up. This role is primarily sales-focused, requiring a significant amount of proactive telephone work and direct engagement with candidates. Key Responsibilities: * Building Relationships: Engage with potential candidates and applicants within the construction industry, building and nurturing professional relationships. * Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards and other resources to find and pre-screen potential candidates. * Communication: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and handle queries effectively. * Target Achievement: Work towards meeting individual and team targets. * Additional Duties: Support the team with any other tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the business.
