Earnings : up to £36,000 per year inclusive of service charge. Location : Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 3YD. Contract type : Permanent, 40 hours per week, shifts will start at 4am. As a Senior Baker , youll be workingin Eatalys on-site open Bakery, a vital part of the Eataly experience, and working closely with our Sous Chef and Head Baker in leading our in-house production.Our customer facing bakery is home to a traditional wood fired oven and our team produces various types of breads and focaccias as well as sweet baked goodsthat are sold directedly to the customers as well as being served in our restaurants and café. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Prepare bread, focaccia, rolls and other bread items for Eatalys restaurants and retail operations. Ensuresall foods prepared meets quality standards in terms of portion size, flavor, texture, and consistency. Follows proper proofing and baking techniques for each variety of bread. Mixing, weighening and shaping the dough, working with fresh ingredients and producing everything from scratch. THE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN Chef whites provided and laundered. Tronc Scheme. WERE LOOKING FOR Bakery experience in a professional environment in an high volume production bakery. Strong baking skills working with fresh ingredients from mixing ingredients to shaping and baking the dough. Availability to work on site with a flexible rota covering mornings, evenings, and weekends. Shifts for this role will typically start between 4am and 5am.
