Our passion for stylish and functional apparel, is matched only by our love for the outdoors.Our mission is to encourage more women to get outdoors to feel the wellbeing benefits connecting with nature can bring.We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to accelerate the acquisition of new customers, nurture existing ones and enhance all customer’s experience on site. You’ll be an integral member of the team and have a say in how the brand is shaped as we grow.This is an exciting role for someone who has experience in e-commerce and is ready to take responsibility of the performance and development of our e-comm strategy as well as enhance their knowledge in wider marketing and fashion.This role will play an imperative part in achieving our forecasted continued and unprecedented business growth and our ultimate mission; to get more women outdoors.The Role:You will be based near the North West. We offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.As the E-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for continually optimising our website, the activation and strategy development of key marketing tactics to improve user experience and increase conversion rate.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple agencies and media partners across SEO, Paid Media & Web Development. Ensuring brand targets and priorities are met and projects are driven forwardProvide budgets, assets and clear communication on objectives to all agency partnersCreate monthly content plans for Email, working alongside the Marketing teamAnalyse marketing performance continually across all channels, identifying opportunities for optimising performance and being agile to changes that may be required throughout the yearManage website content including; new products, collection & landing pages, homepageDevelop website functionality and usability, with CRO, UX & SEO best practice in mindManage product listings & inventory on 3rd party platforms and marketplacesManage customer community schemes & platforms; reviews, referrals, loyaltyReport monthly and ad hoc on channel performance and highlights, identifying areas that need focus and improvementMust Haves:A lover of the outdoors. Whether that’s a stroll to the park or hiking up a mountain, you must have an enthusiasm for the importance of getting some fresh air and taking time for you.Minimum 3 years experience in EcommerceA great understanding of Digital Marketing ecosystem with a strong grasp of Paid, Organic and EmailAnalytical mind, comfortably able to assess data and performance trendsProficiency in GA4 & ExcelAbility to work to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and prioritising where necessaryA natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with colleagues, managers and agencies at all levelsA team player.
