Sen Teaching Assistant

You'll be offering vital support to students in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them navigate their academic and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to SEN students. • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement personalised learning plans. • Support the emotional and social development of students. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment. • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour strategies.
