Early Years pre school Teacher

A Pre School in Hammersmith is looking for a qualified Teacher to join their team working alongside the Deputy Headteacher, Qualified teachers & TA's with the 2-4 year olds as it is an open plan pre school, The Director is looking for someone who is warm, caring, kind and passionate about childcare. This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to work 40 hours per week therefore please only apply if you can commit to the following: * Monday to Friday * Shifts will be 9am-6pm Generous planning, preparation and assessment time and meeting times are contained within the 40 hours If you meet the following requirements then please apply today: * Minimum Level 3 Qualified in Childcare however EYPS/EYTS would be disireable * Experience working with Early Years * Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS * Excellent communication skills both written & spoken * Has a positive attitude * Holds themselves to exceptionally high standards * Is thoughtful and pays attention to details that matter to children, their parents / carers and their staff * Is driven by a genuine belief in the importance of early education for all * Values communication and understanding * Shows grace under pressure * Has a commitment to working flexibly and collaboratively You will be required to carry out the following duties: * Provide the highest quality care and early years education for your assigned group of children * Promote child welfare and ensure that safeguarding and health and safety procedures are maintained at all times * Working in a team and alongside Headteacher * Follow Nurseries policies and procedures * Sharing innovative new ideas * Ensuring the children's needs are met as well as keeping them safe at all times * Carry out observations and planning on key children * Communicate with children, staff and parents on a daily basis Benefits you will recieve: * 6 weeks holiday when Pre school is closed plus bank holidays where they fall on working days. * A bespoke professional development package, including coaching, paid training days and funding to complete additional, relevant qualifications in Early Years. * Childcare discount of 10% in the preschool. * Emergency childcare on-site for children up to 7 years old. * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave pay after two years’ continuous service. * 5 days full sick pay and, depending on individual circumstances, this may be extended by an additional 5 days. * Free daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks. * Bonus structure salary £28,000-£33,000 (based on Experience & qualification) Start ASAP
