Role Overview:
As a Apprentice Recruitment Administrator, you'll gain hands-on experience in various administrative and recruitment tasks while receiving valuable training. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with candidate management, and supporting key processes. This apprenticeship offers a unique pathway to building a successful career in recruitment.

Apprentice Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Learn how to manage timesheets, organise compliance documentation, and assist the payroll team.
  • Candidate Management: Assist in maintaining candidate databases and handling pre-employment documentation under supervision.
  • Client Interaction: Support communications with clients by providing accurate information and ensuring timely responses.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Help maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and track recruitment metrics.
  • Credit Control: Learn to review aged debtors and follow up on overdue accounts, supporting the credit control team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to provide administrative support and contribute to projects and initiatives.

Apprentice Recruitment Administrator Qualifications:
