Power Press We are seeking a skilled Power Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in operating hydraulic power presses and be capable of setting and operating press machinery up to 100 tons.Power Press ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate hydraulic power press machinery up to 100 tons according to specificationsMonitor machine operation to ensure quality production and safe operationConduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve minor machine issuesAdhere to safety procedures and company policies at all timesQualificationsProven experience as a power press operator, specifically with hydraulic power pressesAbility to read blueprints and follow technical instructionsKnowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshootingStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workPhysical strength and stamina to perform the tasks requiredDay-to-DaySet up press machinery for specific production runsOperate machinery to produce precision partsInspect finished products for quality and accuracyPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press machineryAddress any operational issues that arise during the production process*Must have full right to work in the UK**A full DBS check will be conducted**Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant skill set*If you are interested in this power press opportunity please contact James on 07485 390941 or email [email protected]
