What does the role involve? - Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes reaching out to potential candidates including initial screening calls, organising interviews and offers, and arranging feedback. - Finding potential clients on a cold-call basis and consulting them on their hiring needs. - Building a digital presence on social media including using the likes of LinkedIn. - Working on recruiting candidates over an ever-expanding variety of specialist industries, including Engineering, such as Process Engineers, P6 Programmers, Design and Mechanical Engineers, and Town Planning for Cardiff. - Establishing yourself as a "go-to" recruiter in your market, perfecting a smooth and successful recruitment process. Who are we looking for? - Sociable personality. - Financially driven, genuinely interested in taking full advantage of our commission structure. - Resilient attitude. - Drive, eagerness, and competitive in nature. - Whilst experience in sales is not required, an interest is preferred.
