Plater Fabricator

Job Title: Fabricator / Plater Location: Aberdeen We are currently seeking a skilled Plater to join our workshop in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of various steel structures. Key Responsibilities: * Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans * Cut and shape steel plates and sections to required measurements * Weld components using MIG and TIG welding techniques * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within specified time frames * Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: * Proven experience as a Plater in a similar workshop environment * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans * Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay Rates: PAYE: Standard Pay Rate: £19.40ph, Friday Overtime Rate: £29.10ph. Weekend Overtime Rate: £38.80ph Shifts: Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:30 Please note that no digs will be provided for this role.
