Administrator required to join a prominent facilities management company at a prestigious site in Glasgow. The Administrator will play a key role as part of the site-based team, ensuring smooth operations and the efficient management of all onsite maintenance services.
The Administrator will have a solid background in the building services or facilities management industry, preferably with experience in coordinating engineers' workloads.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently arranging the site-based engineering teams workloads including allocating PPM and reactive maintenance works.
- Using inhouse CRM system to organise engineering workload and upload required paperwork.
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange maintenance work onsite.
- Liaising with the site management team to build positive client relationships.
- Support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports.
