A Service based organisation based in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Reward Analyst/Partner who is looking to develop their career.

Reporting to the Head of HR and based 1-2 days a week in the office, this role is responsible for the analysis and development of the existing Reward Strategy, alongside providing solutions on areas for alignment/improvement.

As the sole Reward specialist, but with support from the wider HR team and organisation, duties of the role will include:

  • Analysing, mapping and reporting on industry trends to establish a competitive Reward Strategy on an ongoing basis
  • Review of all compensation and benefits packages including pay scales and salary grading across a matrix organisation (including variable pay)
  • Advise on implications of National Minimum Wage increases and Pay Progression and what that means for the organisation in terms of the future/impacts on budgetary requirements.
  • Responsible for Job Evaluation and supporting on annual pay negotiations.
  • Working with senior management for the successful delivery of pay and reward improvements across the business

The successful candidate will be a proven Reward/Comps & Bens individual at the Analyst/Manager level. You will be proactive and forward thinking, with a driven and assertive manner and be able to implement your own ideas, pulling on your experience from previous roles.

Experience of market mapping, variable pay and extensive analytical skills is a must. A background in retail/leisure/social/housing/logistics background is a distinct advantage.
